The Texas Commission on Fire Protection (the Commission) files this notice of intention to review and consider for re-adoption, revision, or repeal of, Texas Administrative Code, Title 37, Part 13, Chapter 443, concerning Certification Curriculum Manual. Chapter 443 consists of §443.1, Approval by the Curriculum and Testing Committee; §443.3, Approval by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection; §443.5, Effective Date of New or Revised Curricula and Training Programs Required by Law or Rule; §443.7, Effective Date of New or Revised Curricula and Training Programs Which Are Voluntary; and §443.9, National Fire Protection Association Standard.

This review will be conducted pursuant to Texas Government Code §2001.039. The commission will accept comments for 30 days following publication of this notice in the Texas Register as to whether the reason for the rule continues to exist. The Commission, which administers these rules, believes that the reason for the rules contained in this chapter continues to exist. Any questions or written comments pertaining to this notice of intention to review should be directed to Frank King, General Counsel, Texas Commission on Fire Protection, P.O. Box 2286, Austin, Texas 78768-2286 or by email at frank.king@tcfp.texas.gov. Notice of Intention to Review

In accordance with Government Code, §2001.039, the Texas Department of Transportation (department) files this notice of intention to review Title 43 TAC, Part 1, Chapter 23, Travel Information, Chapter 25, Traffic Operations, Chapter 26, Regional Mobility Authorities, Chapter 27, Toll Projects, Chapter 28, Oversize and Overweight Vehicles and Loads, Chapter 29, Maintenance, Chapter 30, Aviation, and Chapter 31, Public Transportation.

The department will accept comments regarding whether the reasons for adopting these rules continue to exist. Comments regarding this rule review may be submitted to Rule Comments, General Counsel Division, Texas Department of Transportation, 125 East 11th Street, Austin, Texas 78701-2483 or to RuleComments@txdot.gov with the subject line "Rule Review." The deadline for receipt of comments is 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026.

In accordance with Transportation Code, §201.811(a)(5), a person who submits comments must disclose, in writing with the comments, whether the person does business with the department, may benefit monetarily from the proposed amendments, or is an employee of the department.

Texas Health and Human Services Commission

Title 26, Part 1

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) adopts the review of the chapter below in Title 26, Part 1, of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC):

Chapter 284, Competitive and Integrated Employment Initiative for Certain Medicaid Recipients

Notice of the review of this chapter was published in the May 29, 2026, issue of the Texas Register (51 TexReg 3718) for public comment.

The 31-day comment period ended June 29, 2026. During this period, HHSC did not receive any comments regarding the proposed rule review.

HHSC has reviewed Chapter 284 in accordance with Texas Government Code §2001.039, which requires state agencies to assess, every four years, whether the initial reasons for adopting a rule continue to exist.

The agency determined that the original reasons for adopting all rules in the chapter continue to exist and readopts Chapter 284. Any amendments, if applicable, to Chapter 284 identified by HHSC in the rule review will be proposed in a future issue of the Texas Register.

This concludes HHSC's review of 26 TAC Chapter 284 as required by Texas Government Code §2001.039.

Notice of the review of this chapter was published in the May 22, 2026, issue of the Texas Register (51 TexReg 3618) for public comment.

The 31-day comment period ended June 22, 2026. During this period, HHSC did not receive any comments regarding the proposed rule review.

HHSC has reviewed Chapter 331 in accordance with Texas Government Code §2001.039, which requires state agencies to assess, every four years, whether the initial reasons for adopting a rule continue to exist.

The agency determined that the original reasons for adopting all rules in the chapter continue to exist and readopts Chapter 331. Any amendments, if applicable, to Chapter 331 identified by HHSC in the rule review will be proposed in a future issue of the Texas Register.

This concludes HHSC's review of 26 TAC Chapter 331 as required by Texas Government Code §2001.039.
